The Town of Sharon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on November 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Selectboard’s Room at the Town Meetinghouse to review the clerical changes, including a new Table of Contents, to the Zoning and Building Ordinance. No substantive changes have been made to the Zoning Ordinance.
Also to review Article XXII – Accessory Dwelling Units – which has been updated to comply with the changes to New Hampshire RSA 674:71-73. Draft copies of the Zoning Ordinance are available on the town website and at the town offices during regular business hours.
Following the close of the Public Hearing, the Planning Board will have its regular November meeting.
