Planning Board Meeting
October 14, 2025
Present: Jeff Osgood, , Bill Joyner, Rich Dufresne, Gerry DeBonis
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:00 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 9/9/2025 minutes (Joyner/DeBonis). All in favor, motion carried.
Review of the Attorney’s comments on the ADU changes to the zoning ordinance. The Recreational Vehicle ordinance will be moved out of Article 22 and moved to Article 5-Applications for all Districts. The definitions for recreational vehicles will be moved to Article 2-Definitions.
Motion to approve amendments to the ADU regulation as required by RSA 674:71-73 (Dufresne/DeBonis). All in favor, motion carried.
The public hearing for the zoning amendments will be 11/13/2025 at 6:00 pm with the regular meeting to follow immediately after.
Update on Harris Construction – the attorney from Upton & Hatfield is working with the Peterborough attorney, and also working on a draft of the Town of Sharon’s legal position regarding excavation from the Harris property.
Next meeting at immediately following the public hearing on 11/13/2025.
