Public Notice
The Cemetery Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday March 3, 2026 from 5:00 to 5:30 PM at the Meeting House.
The Trustees will consider whether to
- Allow burials on a limited basis in a small section of the older section of McCoy Road Cemetery.
- Amend the current policy (Chapter Internments and Disinternments ~ page -7;/section 7) that states that cremated remains are to be enclosed in a permanent vault or in a container that is equivalent to a vault and approved by the Sexton to, no vault is required to bury cremated remains.
Please note that the regular Select Board meeting will convene at 5:30. Both meetings are open to the public.
