Planning Board Meeting
January 13, 2026
Present: Jeff Osgood, , Bill Joyner, Don Carrara, Gerry DeBonis
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:03 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 12/9/2025 minutes (DeBonis/Joyner). All in favor, motion carried.
The Board continued the review of the land subdivision control regulations. Wording changes were recommended for sections F and G. There was discussion of combining sections F and G.
