Planning Board Meeting
December 9, 2025
Present: Jeff Osgood, , Bill Joyner, Rich Dufresne, Gerry DeBonis
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:01 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 11/13/2025 minutes (DeBonis/Joyner). All in favor, motion carried.
Rory Goff has created a table of contents for regulations. The Board started a review of the regulations. There was discussion about when consultation and review for subdivisions occurs.
Update on Harris Construction: Harris has submitted answers to the joint letter from Sharon and Peterborough. The Board will need to speak to the attorneys regarding the answers from Harris.
