Selectmen’s Meeting

Call to order by Rich Dufresne at 5:32 pm
This meeting was called to set a date to meet with the Dept of Revenue (DRA) and Avitar Associates to receive information on how equalization ratios are set and how equalization ratios affect the tax rate. The Board discussed dates and determined that all members of the Board could be available on Thursday, Dec 18, 2025 at 1 pm. The Town Administrator will email the DRA and Avitar to find out if they are available on that date. If they are not available on 12/1/15 it will be requested that they provide dates in January 2026 when they might be available.
Dufresne mentioned that he has received correspondence from Eversource.
The Board will be meeting with the Attorneys regarding Harris Construction. Shomody mentioned that the ComCom and Planning Board Chairs would like copies of the letter sent to Harris Construction; the Board approved sending copies. Shomody will try to send them in a zip file due to the size of the file.
